What it is How it works First conversation Capabilities Getting the most out of it FAQ

The basics

Not a chatbot. Not a template.

A digital employee trained specifically on your business.

Your agent knows your clients, your communication style, your open threads, and your preferences. It acts on them — every day, without being asked. It reads email, drafts replies in your voice, tracks what's outstanding, and follows up on your behalf.

You interact with it on Telegram. It handles the rest.

The difference between week one and week twelve is significant. The longer it runs, the more context it holds, and the less you have to explain.

The timeline

Live in 30 days. Better every week after that.

You don't build any of this. We do. Your only job is to use it.

01
We learn your business

We start with a deep-dive into your workflows, your clients, your communication style, your preferences. This context becomes the foundation everything is built on. It never gets lost.

02
Your agent goes live

Connected to your email, calendar, and tools. Your digital employee is operational: reading, drafting, tracking, following up. You message it on Telegram like you'd message a sharp colleague.

03
It compounds

Every week, we review what's working, expand capabilities, and tune your agent to match how your business evolves. You never touch the infrastructure. It just gets better.

Day one

Your first conversation.

You don't need a special format. Just talk to it like a colleague who already knows your world.

Your agent is set up in Telegram. You'll receive an invite link during onboarding — tap it, and it's there. Pin the chat. You'll use it more than you expect.

Here's how clients actually use it from day one:

  • "What's sitting in my inbox that needs a decision?"
  • "Draft a follow-up to the proposal I sent last Thursday."
  • "What's the status on the Henderson account?"
  • "I need to cancel tomorrow's call with Sarah — can you handle that?"
  • "What have I committed to this week that hasn't happened yet?"

Your agent understands context. You don't need to re-explain who Sarah is, or what the Henderson account involves. It already knows.

What it does

Capabilities — and when they kick in.

It's useful from day one. It's genuinely autonomous by week four.

From day one
  • Read and triage your inbox — surfaces only what actually needs you
  • Draft email replies in your voice
  • Track open threads and flag what's gone quiet
  • Answer questions about your business, clients, and projects
  • Follow up on commitments automatically
By week four
  • Handle most of your daily administrative layer without prompting
  • Proactively flag what's at risk before you notice
  • Draft detailed, context-aware communications across your client base
  • Coordinate across tools — email, calendar, documents
Ongoing
  • Capabilities expand continuously as we learn what you actually need
  • New integrations added on request
  • Every improvement included in your retainer — no extra cost

Getting the most out of it

Four things clients wish they'd known earlier.

Use it for the things you're putting off

The best use cases aren't the ones already working. They're the follow-up you've been meaning to send for two weeks. The proposal that needs a second draft. The client who hasn't heard from you in a month.

Tell it what you notice

If a reply doesn't sound like you, say so. If it missed something, point it out. Every correction makes it sharper. The feedback loop is how it gets better — and it gets better fast.

Don't overthink the prompt

You don't need to write perfect instructions. Your agent is built to understand what you mean, not just what you say. Incomplete thoughts work. Casual language works. Just ask.

Let it surprise you

Most clients start with email triage. Within a month they're using it for things they didn't know to ask for. Leave room for that. The capability expands the more context it holds.

Common questions

Everything you need to know.

What does "trained on my business" actually mean? +

During onboarding we feed your agent your emails, project history, client records, communication preferences, and any documentation you have. It builds a working model of how your business operates. That context persists and compounds — it never resets, never forgets.

How long before it actually knows my business? +

It's useful from day one. It knows your business well enough to be genuinely autonomous by week four. The difference between week one and week twelve is significant — the longer it runs, the more it understands.

Can it send emails on my behalf? +

Yes — but it drafts for your review unless you've explicitly told it to send autonomously. Most clients start in draft mode and switch to autonomous sending for certain email types once they trust the output. You set the rules.

What if I want it to stop doing something? +

Just tell it. "Stop sending follow-ups to prospects without checking with me first." It adjusts immediately. Your preferences are permanent until you change them.

What happens to my data? +

Your agent runs on dedicated infrastructure. Not shared with other clients. Your data is never used to train AI models, never sold, never shared with third parties beyond the integrations you've approved. You're in complete control of what it can access.

Can my team use it too? +

Yes. Additional team members can be added to the Telegram channel. Your agent knows who it's talking to and adapts accordingly. Usage guidelines for team access are set during onboarding.

What can't it do yet? +

It can't make phone calls or join video meetings. It won't make financial decisions or execute anything irreversible without your sign-off. If you need something specific, tell us — we'll add it or be straight with you if we can't.

What if I want to cancel? +

30 days notice. No lock-in, no exit fees, no penalty. We're confident enough in what we deliver that we don't need contracts to keep clients. If it's not working, we'd rather you leave well than stay unhappy.

Ready to begin?

No commitment required. We'll be straight with you about whether we're a fit.
